The humankind is sailing in the same boat all over the world in view of Covid-19 pandemic.But there must be some of your friends,near and dear ones  suffering critically and silently.I appeal to all of you to call up such friends and give them moral support , enquire about them and just say : do not worry,we are  with you ! Kindly extend all possible help them in this hour of crisis. This  is the best way to serve the humanity.

The world is going through an unprecedented situation on account of Covid-19. Certain things and situations are beyond the control of humankind. To cope with this situation and to remain away from mental stresses and tensions ,please,remain away from major distractions such as TV channel  and print media news, social media volatile debates,discussions and gossips. Devote sometime for regular exercises ,yoga and meditation daily.Mentally accept Covid as part of your life for some more time and start daily routine with basic precautions as guided by the experts from time to time.To win over this war like situation please remain mentally strong,calm and compose.

of helpless souls

trapped in the calamity

to rescue them 

risking own lives

Carting, cycling, driving ailing souls

To the temples of humanity

For treatment for better life,

Who are they -------- ?        

Oh, fellow humankind !

Running community kitchens

Serving drinking water

Caring for the needy

Feeding them with love,

Who are they -------- ?

they are living angels

saviours and warriors

just soliciting empathy , compassion

from fellow humankind !
